Bringing Positive Change to Poughkeepsie

I’ve called Poughkeepsie home since I was 10 years old. I’m a father, a chef, and a working person just like you. I know what it’s like to put in 16-hour shifts and still not have enough for rent. I’ve stood in grocery aisles choosing between food and bills, felt the stress of wondering if I could afford medicine, and seen firsthand how hard it is to get by. But I also know the power of community, of standing up and fighting for something better.  I’ve lived the struggle that too many of us face. Now, I’m ready to take that fight further—to bridge the block to the ballot so that every corner of Poughkeepsie has a voice. Real leadership isn’t about politics; it’s about showing up, listening, and fighting for the people.
